嘉美小姐雞 (雞項)
體型細，骨格幼，肉質纖細，連雞胸肉也爽滑，不黏牙，充滿雞香味。肌肉纖維間含有豐富骨膠原(蛋白質)，對皮膚及軟骨組織等均有裨益。皮薄，脂肪少，最適合怕肥又愛吃雞一族。 
每隻雞 (約斤半至2斤) 的大小重量會有少許出入。如令顧客有任何不便，敬請原諒。
