1993年榮獲由香港政府頒發的「最佳公雞」「最佳母雞」獎，2004年，多間尊貴食肆紛紛選用泰安雞，只因大廚們不但對選料品質要求高，更重視其飼養環境及飼料成份。
每隻雞 (約斤半至2斤) 的大小重量會有少許出入。如令顧客有任何不便，敬請原諒。
