樹記腐竹始祖  只此一家
已有六十多年歷史的老舖樹記腐竹, 1942年由孔樹先生一手創辦, 自設廠房, 所有腐竹均不含防腐劑, 每日由人手挑選最好的腐竹出售給顧客。
七十年代時, 樹記開創以木糠作為製造腐竹的燃料, 令過往因燒柴和禾稈而發出的異味消失。 所賣款式種類繁多：鮮枝竹、鮮腐皮、枝竹、扁竹、腐皮、炸枝竹、腐皮碎、素雞、素鵝、嚮鈴、麵根、生根, 應有盡有。
